Company Introduction

Maxtide Machinery Co., Ltd. is specialized in the production and sales of a variety of Polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE in short or commonly known as Teflon, with an annual output of more than 80 tons. With the capital investment of more than RMB 1,000 million (USD 150 million), The group has established two manufacturing facilities, and a sales and operations center, covering an area of about 10,700 square meters in total. At present, there are more than 150 employees, 10 different professional processing workshops, 260 sets of various machinery and equipment, new anaerobic rotating ovens and advanced clean room workshops, precision density and tension testing measurement instruments.

There are more than 300 specifications of fluorplastic products that we have developed and produced. Products are widely used in hardware, mechanical, electronics, telecommunication, electrical appliances, valve, medical, automotive, oil, gas, and chemical, military, and drone industries. Some PTFE parts are sent to the third parties for FDA and RoHS tests from time to time to ensure the compliance with FDA, RoHS and other individual national requirements. Our PTFE products include the categories as follows.

1.Fluor (PTFE FEP) plates, rods, tubes, films, two-way stretch films.

2.Teflon odd-shaped parts for electronics, telecommunications, household electrical appliances industry.

3.Industrial valve washers, gaskets, valve seats, diaphragms, and packing seals.

4.Various tetrafluoroethylene products, such as oil-free bearings, piston rings, and wear resistant rings.

5.Absolute fluorination elastomer (FFKM) and fluorine rubber (FKM) products.

From the general valve sealing gaskets to the latest PTFE membranes, from a single-use to a high-level technology of sticking with fluoride rubber and natrium membranes, Maxtide and the group staff have gone through a hard and enterprising way from low to high end technology, and it is now forging ahead towards a future of prosperity.
